We have a very simple system. Our collectors select naturally, organically, and seasonally to gather the healthiest, freshest Seaweed for our products.
Our oceanic garden is interesting at all times of the year. In spring, Alaria, Egregia and Sea lettuce are growing. During summer the ocean garden is, of course, full with a multitude of Seaweeds, many of them edible. In the fall and winter, the ocean garden is less colourful but full of maturing plants such as Egregia, Alaria, Necrocystis, Sea lettuce, and Sea cabbage.
