                              Corporate Policy

We take great pride in our very high quality of Seaweeds. A personal 'hands-on' approach is taken when selecting and harvesting the proper Seaweed for each of our products. We are guided by our obligations to protect the marine environment and to harvest our Seaweeds sustainably.

If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, Outer Coast Seaweed will do whatever it takes to make it right, no questions asked.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell trade or rent your personal information to others. If you do not want to receive any announcements or special offers from us, just let us know by E-mail.

Payment Policy

Payment Terms: We accept Visa or Mastercard. Payment is processed off-line, after the order has been packed and weighed and the invoice generated. Shipping and any applicable taxes will be applied. If credit card payment is declined, we will hold the order for one week until payment is approved.

Shipping and Handling: All orders are shipped by Canada Post. All orders are shipped insured. If additional insurance is necessary; it will be included in the shipping and handling cost.

Taxes: Taxes are not included in our listed prices. All orders billed to Canadian addresses will be charged 7% GST. All orders billed to British Columbia addresses will be charged an additional 7% PST. We do not charge any taxes for orders billed to other countries.

Note: Pricing and policies are subject to change without notice; however our practice is not to change pricing on invoices until price changes have been made to the website.
